Right of withdrawal
If you are hiring as a consumer and user, You have the right to withdraw from this Contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. In the event that the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify PERRO LOCO, writing to us at the email email@example.com. Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you excluding delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which We are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment in which the purchase was paid without incurring any expenses as a result of the reimbursement, except for the transport costs of returning the product. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
Return of products
This right is in addition to the rights recognized in the Consolidated Text of Law 1/2007 of November 16 on the defense of consumers and users, modified by the Law 3/2014 of March 27. In these cases of return, the period to carry it out will be 7 calendar days from the purchase or receipt of the product, and you can choose to return the money paid for the product or to replace the product with an identical one in perfect condition. or for the product actually purchased.There are certain cases in which it is not possible to make a return: 1. In the case of the purchase of 20 units or more of the same reference, the PERRO LOCO sales department will contact you to close the order. In this case the return will not be possible. The circumstances that can cause a return are the following: a) Product defective due to transport: If at the time of collection or delivery of the product it detects any damage to the packaging or product, it must reflect it in the POD (proof of delivery) of the carrier and contact us within 24/48 hours to report the incident. If you detect this incident once you have opened the product, you again have a period of 7 calendar days to notify us. b) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: must be communicated within 7 calendar days. PERRO LOCO will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed. If the client wishes to exchange or partially refund the items purchased, as there is no withdrawal from the contract, the refund of the amount will be in the same means of payment that was used in the purchase. In all cases, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, where appropriate, included.PERRO LOCO will be responsible for collecting the goods, and will be responsible for the costs of returning them.
Returns of defective products
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact form providing the product data as well as the damage suffered, or by calling the number +34 623 037 435 where we will tell you how to proceed. We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement of the same (if applicable) is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate. The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to any defect or defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us. The return will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase. In any case, the rights recognized by current legislation remain safe.
